Privacy Note:

Coaching Sessions are recorded in Zoom. This is done because some students request a copy of the session and I can email them a copy.

I also take a screenshot of students faces and create a thumbnail that I post to LinkedIn and Social Media.

I do this to show prospective students that the sessions are for anyone who is interested. I also do this to show other tech leaders that "diversity" shouldn't be that hard.

The recordings are deleted and are not used for other purposes.
